Delete your data

01There is no account to delete

Pixy games have no sign-up, no password and no player database. We do not know your name or your email address unless you have written to us. That makes deletion simpler than it usually is: most of what exists is on your phone, and you already control it.

This page covers all our games: Block Placer, Blocco, Tris, Ninfea, Talpa, Coppia, Tonfo, The Wheel.

02Delete the data on your device

Your high scores, saved runs and settings live only on your device. Removing them is immediate and permanent. We cannot recover them afterwards, so make sure you mean it.

Android

1. Settings → Apps → the Pixy game.
2. Storage & cache → Clear storage.
3. Or simply uninstall the app, which does the same thing.

iOS

1. Press and hold the app icon → Remove App → Delete App.
2. Deleting the app removes its stored data. If the game used Game Center, manage that separately in Settings → Game Center.

03Reset or delete your advertising ID

The advertising identifier is what links you to the analytics and advertising records our providers hold. Resetting it breaks that link for the future; deleting it stops apps from receiving one at all.

• Android. Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID or Reset advertising ID.
• iOS. Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track”.

04Ask us to delete provider-held data

To have the data held by our analytics and advertising providers erased, email support@pixy.pt with the subject “Data deletion request” and include:

1. the name of the game;
2. your advertising identifier (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: only available if you allowed tracking);
3. the approximate date you last played.

Without the advertising identifier there is nothing to search on. The records are not tied to anything else that identifies you, so a request without it cannot be actioned, and we will have to write back and ask.

We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete them within 30 days, forwarding the request to each provider that holds relevant data. Some providers keep aggregated or anonymised statistics that no longer identify you; those are not deleted, because they cannot be traced back to a person.

05Google Play Games and Game Center

Leaderboard and achievement data belongs to your Google or Apple account, not to us, so it is deleted through them:

• Google Play Games. Open the Play Games app → Profile → Settings → Delete Play Games account & data, where you can delete data for an individual game.
• Game Center. Settings → Game Center, or manage it through your Apple ID privacy settings.

06Emails you have sent us

If you have written to support and want that correspondence erased, say so in a reply to the same thread and we will delete it. Otherwise support email is kept for up to 24 months, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
